Two Elephants Patisserie is a BIPOC woman owned small bakery in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
In 2014, our chef/owner Rachel fell in love with the food industry while working for a small family owned bakery in Carmel, California.
For the next 5 years, Rachel worked in boutique patisseries, large busy restaurants, and bakeries, learning and discovering different pastry techniques.
In 2020, when COVID-19 hit Manhattan, Rachel began making custom birthday and wedding cakes and built up to launching Two Elephants Patisserie.
