Two Elephants Patisserie is a BIPOC woman owned small bakery in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
In 2014, our chef/owner Rachel fell in love with the food industry while working for a small family owned bakery in Carmel, California.
Over the next 5 years, Rachel worked in boutique patisseries, busy restaurants, and bakeries, all the while learning and discovering different pastry techniques.
In 2020, Rachel began accepting small custom birthday and wedding cake orders which lead to the launch and expansion of Two Elephants Patisserie.
